Work injuries can be treated and seen at any of our locations.

Yes, all locations have x-ray and lab draws available.

We prefer to work by appointments, however we do accept walk-Ins.

Yes, we are happy to provide service to Medicare Patients.

Do you bill my insurance or do I have to pay at the time of the visit?

Yes, we will bill your insurance company, but you are responsible for your co-payment and deductable.

How do I get a copy of my medical record?

In accordance with federal and state law records can only be release by the patient's signature.

If I call for an appointment, can I see a doctor on the same day?

Every effort will be made to accommodate urgent needs on a daily basis.

If I get sick on the weekend or a holiday, who can I call?

Simply call the Riverwalk clinic at 210-272-1741, medical attention is available 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week.

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

It is suggested that you bring all medications, insurance information, photo ID and a means of payment to each visit.

What insurance plans do you take?

ACMG participates with most major insurance plans (see list).

Will your offices file my insurance claims?

As a courtesy to the patient, ACMG will file your medical claims for primary and secondary insurance.
